A Wonderful and Relaxing Getaway
clean steam rooms divine breakfast
The spa offered a beautiful jacuzzi and clean steam rooms. The breakfast was divine, especially the eggs benedict. I would like to thank the team who was always going above and beyond for the guests. I am looking forward to my next visit here soon.

My room was large with windows on each side. It provided an airy feel. The bathroom had a rainfall shower, and two separate sinks increased convenience. A king-size bed was in the center.

fantastic stay!
downtown proximity delicious food smooth check-in friendly staff
The hotel was close to downtown, only a quick drive away. i enjoyed the delicious food and cocktails at the bar and restaurant. check-in was smooth, and all the staff were friendly! the included breakfast was delicious. I especially liked the variety.
The room doors weren't soundproof. Corridor noise was quite audible! it was also difficult to regulate the room temperature, i wasn't too happy about it.

mixed bag of experiences
slow replenishment cold staff
The breakfast service felt lackluster. staff seemed distant, and simple requests like butter or jam required multiple asks. replenishing items was slow. the room view was disappointing. It faced another room and a road, despite my request for a better view (i suppose i'm just unlucky).

the breakfast offered many choices. the building boasts beautiful decor. the staff were genuinely friendly. i found the complimentary bicycles convenient for exploring the park nearby.
The room lacked a bit of natural light. I would have really loved a brighter space.

the spa facilities were clean and well maintained. i found edible flowers adorning some food and drinks, a beautiful touch. i enjoyed the lobby fireplaces. the room (it was a lovely suite) was large.
i noticed some minor wear in the breakfast restaurant on the furniture (a small detail, really).

a nice stay
gorgeous room fine amenity great service warm welcome
the hotel was a gem. the newly refurbished heritage rooms were gorgeous with fine amenities. the convenience of a fridge with fresh milk was a rare find (a real treat for tea lovers!). the team.
I noticed a slight draft near the balcony door in the room. It seemed the seal wasn't perfect, however, it didn't really affect my stay.

spacious room high-quality bathrobe fabulous tea
the heritage room was spacious and beautiful with lovely details. i found high-quality bathrobes and a fabulous tea set. These added to the romantic feel. the bed was comfortable, and the en-suite bathroom was immaculate.
Breakfast seemed only okay. It lacked some freshness.
